HOW IT WORKS:

The Forum Academy is committed to advanced education and we need models – A LOT OF MODELS!  After you fill out the form, you will be entered into our model database. This database will only be used by our educators and team members. The majority of our services are complimentary to the models we select.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE NEED YOU:

We will let you know the service we need you to model for along with the date and time we need you. An estimate on the length of time we will need you with us and cost, if any, will be given as well. If the service and time works for you, all you will need to do is show up!
