Schedule a tour at The Forum Academy. We’ll take you through our academy while describing what it’s like to be a student. Most importantly, we’ll get to know what you are looking for in a beauty school and see if our academy is the right fit for you!
Complete and submit an application. The next step is to fill out and submit The Forum Academy application and financial aid application if necessary. (you will receive your application the day of your tour with our school catalog) A non-refundable $100.00 Application/Registration fee is required when turning in your completed application. If you are ready to fill out an application now please do so below and attach your $100.00 Application Fee.

Provide and/or finish all prerequisites. All applicants must supply a copy of their valid photo ID and their high school diploma (or equivalent).
Start your beauty school experience. On the first day of school at The Forum Academy, each student will go through orientation and receive a copy of the student handbook.
